These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of symmetryhomeventures.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Symmetry Home Ventures LLC ("Symmetry," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting information through any of our forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Symmetry Home Ventures LLC is a real estate investment company. We buy houses directly from homeowners as investors. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers. We do not represent buyers, sellers, or any third party in real estate transactions. Any offers we make are made in our own capacity as a principal buyer.

2. Nature of Our Service
When you submit a form on the Site, you are requesting that Symmetry consider purchasing your property. We may then:
Review the property information you provided
Conduct research on the property (public records, comparable sales, market conditions)
Schedule a call or visit with you
Make a non-binding cash offer based on our evaluation
No offer is binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by both you and Symmetry. Verbal offers, written estimates, range estimates, and informal offers are not contracts and do not obligate either party.
3. No Guarantees
Symmetry makes no guarantees about:
The specific dollar amount of any offer
The timeline to close any transaction
That an offer will be made at all
The condition or future value of any property
Any tax, financial, or legal outcome resulting from a sale
Property values, market conditions, and our investment criteria change over time. Each property is evaluated on its own merits.
4. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Nothing on the Site, and no communication from Symmetry, constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Selling your home is a significant financial transaction. You are encouraged to consult your own attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before making decisions about your property.
5. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Use the Site to harass, threaten, or defame anyone
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect information from the Site without our written consent
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent
6. Communication and Consent (TCPA)
By submitting a form on the Site, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Symmetry Home Ventures LLC at the phone number and email address you provided, including via automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe from any text, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or emailing us.
Symmetry Home Ventures SMS Program
This program sends SMS notifications, alerts, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing communications to homeowners who have submitted a form on symmetryhomeventures.com requesting a cash offer for their property.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symmetry Home Ventures LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any communications with us — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Site exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
